I am a Senior Program Manager in the Advanced Training and Certification team within Microsoft Learning Services. I worked in consulting for 10 years and since joining Microsoft in 2006, I have focused primarily on Unified Communications as either a consultant or more recently as a PM in the UC Partner Engineering Team. I now have responsibility for the OCS Microsoft Certified Master and OCS Microsoft Certified Architect programs.
