Zig Serafin is general manager for the Unified Communications Group at Microsoft.  He is responsible for working with the leadership team to shape Microsoft’s strategy in Unified Communications, overseeing strategic growth areas, building up Microsoft product lines in the enterprise communications segment, expanding Microsoft’s voice communication services platform, and developing strategic partnerships.
