Patricia Anderson is the Content Publishing Manager for Office Communications Server documentation written for the IT pro. She is the author of the several of the Office Communications Server documents including the Edge Server Deployment Guide, the Active Directory Guide & the Migration Guide.

She’s been at Microsoft for 6 years and spent the last three in the Office Communications group. Prior to her time in Office Communications, she worked on the Exchange documentation team. Before coming to Microsoft, she spent several years working in IT as a technical writer, programmer and support engineer.
