Thomas Binder is a consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services in Austria. He joined Microsoft in January 2007 and started immediately to work with OCS. In 2008 he joined the Unified Communications Center of Excellence (former SWAT team) to work with customers in the OneTAP program and with partners in the Voice Partner Program. 2009, Thomas became one of the first Microsoft Certified Masters for OCS 2007.
