Bernd Ott is a Premier Field Engineer for Microsoft Services in Germany. He joined Microsoft Support in July 2001 as part of the Windows Platforms Networking Team. Since the beta phase of OCS 2007, his main focus is Unified Communications.  In 2009, Bernd became one of the first to be awarded the Microsoft Certified Masters designation for OCS.
