I’ve been supporting OCS 2007 since Beta 3 in December of 2006.  Before that I supported LCS 2005 and various other Windows networking technologies.  I joined Microsoft in the summer of 2004.   I worked as a Technical Support Manager at a mortgage software company for several years prior to joining Microsoft.
