Hi my name is Shaun Pierce and I’m the General Manager of product development for Office Communications Server and related server technologies.  I’ve been at Microsoft for 13 years, having worked on Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP and have been in the RTC group (now the Unified Communications group) since inception (roughly 5 years ).

Prior to working at Microsoft, I worked at a little peer to peer networking company called Artisoft (makers of LANtastic) that competed with Windows for Workgroups and Netware Lite.
